Please kindly note that no return will be accepted without a RMA number issued by Leadtek. Any return without an authorized RMA number will be rejected and the end user is responsible for all shipping and handling fees thus occurred. And it is always a good idea to contact Leadtek Technical Support at service@leadtek.com first for quick trouble-shoot before sending your device back for warranty service. In case there is need to return any, please follow the instructions below to make your request for warranty services.

STEP A :
Fill out the Online RMA Request Form with complete information. Before that, make sure you are already the member so you may access to request for the service.

After the warranty period has expired, the out-of-warranty service is the responsibility of the owner of the product and the customer needs to pay a flat diagnostic

Apart from other costs which may apply, the above standard fee per service case will be charged for handling, diagnosis and administration. This fee applies also if no repairs are carried out.

STEP B :
Upon receiving the RMA number, package the product properly for safe shipping. The RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of its release by Leadtek Research Inc. Keep all manuals, software, cables and other accessories with you. Send back only the product itself. We are not responsible for the missing of manual, software, or accessories.

STEP C :
Write the RMA number prominently and legibly outside the shipping box and ship it to the following address with freight charges prepaid.
