  • 在購買日起 30天內,請先登錄完成線上產品註冊,您將享有保固期限內 (非人為故障所造成的維修) 以下的優惠:
    • 購買日30天內,登錄註冊成功後,保固起算日從登錄當日開始計算。並得享有保固內免付運費優惠。顯示卡為三年保固,工作站繪圖卡系列產品為三年保固,Tegra 行動處理器系列為一年保固。
    • 無上網登錄註冊者,將無法享有保固期限內免付運費優惠,保固期限將以原廠出廠序號起算。
  • 為維護您的保固權益,本公司在產品上提供的產品原廠出貨序號貼紙,請勿撕毀或污損。

非保固範圍說明

當您的維修品遇到以下問題時, 不適用以上保固服務:

  • 產品送修時,請以原廠包材或適當材料(如紙箱,氣泡袋或保麗龍等)包裝,如係因包裝不當導致運送中發生之損壞,恕不提供保固。
  • 因意外因素或人為原因(包括電腦病毒、搬運、擠壓、劃(刮)傷、撞擊、墜落、高溫或、高濕、進水、使用不合適的電壓、非原廠電池與變壓器、污漬、腐蝕等)導致的故障損壞。
  • 欲重貼、移植、偽造變造產品原廠序號條碼或產品原廠出貨序號貼紙撕毀或污損,以及無原廠出貨序號貼紙者。
  • 非經原廠授權任意修理、更改或拆卸所造成的故障或損壞(產品防拆標籤有拆痕、損壞或遺失)。
  • 因使用環境異常而造成產品、零件嚴重氧化及外觀明顯毀損者。
  • 非麗臺授權經銷商或非法管道取得之產品。
  • 當維修品為非保固範圍之產品,該產品的保固服務將自動失效。
  • 產品本體以外之附配件或消耗品:如Cable、Remote Control、外接天線、電池、說明書 …… 等配件。
  • 產品外殼之損壞與刮傷。 任何賣斷產品,不適用於產品保固服務。

付費維修服務說明

  • 維修費用包含零件,服務以及運費。
  • 需要付費維修時,麗臺將提供報價資訊。
  • 在您確認同意付費維修時,得以開始進行維修,並告知維修所需時間。
  • 若以上報價資訊,您不同意付費維修時,麗臺將不負責送修品之保管與運送之責任。

Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Leadtek products are warranted as outlined in our Warranty Policy. The warranty period shall begin on the date which the product is originally purchased by the customer (proof date) and shall expire

  • 36 months following that date (Graphics products)
  • 12 months following that date (Videophone products)
  • 12 months following that date (GPS products)

What the warranty does not cover

  • Any product, on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.
  • Products that have been damaged by accident, disaster, negligence, electrical surges, misuse, improper maintenance, abuse, or as a result of service or modification other than that done by Leadtek Research Inc.
  • Any kind against incompatibility with the customer's system configuration.
  • Leadtek products purchased outside America.

Warranty Policy

Leadtek Research Inc., at its sole discretion, shall repair or replace the defective product covered by this warranty and warrant the products free of defect in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. In the event that a returned product is no longer available, Leadtek reserves the right to substitute with another product of similar or greater functionality.

During the warranty period, products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced with a new or remanufactured unit at no charge, provided the product is returned to the designated address with an authorized RMA number and freight charges prepaid. Keep all manuals, software, cables and other accessories with you. Send back only the product itself. We are not responsible for the missing of manual, software, or accessories.

All returns will be tested. In the event a returned product is determined by Leadtek to be not defective or not covered by the expressed warranty, Leadtek will notify the sender and the product will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. If the product is not defective, the customer needs to pay a flat diagnostic and handling fee. Customers agree that they will abide by the findings of Leadtek's Technical Support Department. After the repair is done, the devices will be sent back only to the original mailing address applied in the RMA process and post boxes are not acceptable.

Leadtek makes no other warranty of any kind whatsoever expressed or implied and this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties. All implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed.
